General Terms and Conditions of Junicon
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to seminars, workshops and in-house training by Junicon Regulatory GmbH. None of the General Terms and Conditions of the contractual partner are subject terms of the contract, even if Junicon Regulatory does not explicitly object to them.
2. Registration
A contract between Junicon Regulatory and the registering client shall be deemed to have been made when the client has confirmed and accepted the requirements on these websites by email, online registration or written form and Junicon Regulatory has accepted such a booking by confirmation email. Registration is binding as soon as it has been confirmed by Junicon Regulatory in sending an invoice to the client confirming the registration.
The completion of Junicon Regulatory registration form will be deemed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions as stated on this website.
3. Terms of payment
The registration fee is payable in full on receipt of invoice. Payment must be made with reference to the invoice number, the event date and the event location to the account held by Junicon Regulatory as specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, the registration fee is quoted per participant and per event plus VAT. The registration fee does not include any overnight accommodation.
4. Cancellation

Over 14 days prior to seminar a fee will be credited but a 120 € cancellation charge is payable.
Less than 14 days or if no notification is received the total fee is due.
5. Substitutions
Registration can be transferred to a replacement participant.

6. Realization
The event shall be conducted in accordance with the publish program contents, the applicable legal provisions and the rules of the trade. Junicon Regulatory reserves the right to change speaker or to change the location of event. Participants have no claim to events being conducted by a specific speaker or at a specific location.
7. Liability
If an event has to be cancelled due to reasons within the control of Junicon Regulatory (e.g. due to illness of the speaker or due to the low number of participants), participants shall be notified without undue delay. All registration fees paid shall be reimbursed. All further claims are excluded.
8. Copyrights
The documents distributed to the participants are protected by copyright. Such documents may not be reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without the express written approval of Junicon Regulatory.
9. Place of jurisdiction
The jurisdiction for all legal disputes with traders within the meaning of the Swiss Commercial Code that arise in relation to any bookings made is Bern, Switzerland.
10. Data protection
With regards to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (Eidgenössisches Datenschutzgesetzt), please note that your personal data shall only be stored and used to send you brochures, programs and seminar information by Junicon Regulatory and to adapt our products to your needs.
Personal data shall only be used within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act. You have the right to object to the storage and use of your personal data at any time.
